This beautiful property in Ascot provides a great before and after example of our versatile Adept water underfloor heating solutions!
Daniel installed our AD-EPS400 water underfloor heating solution throughout the ground floor of the house. This solution, which uses 20mm foil coated polystyrene boards with 12mm Pert Pipe, is perfect for those looking to renovate their property - Tiles, Wood, Vinyl and Carpet are all suitable floor finishes.

Congratulations to all the team at Custom Build Plumbing and Heating for winning our October Install of the Month Competition! The team have won a £100 Amazon Voucher!
This refurbishment of a school in Hertfordshire is a great example of our versatile Adept water underfloor heating solutions! The team installed our AD-Clip water underfloor heating solution on the ground floor of the school. The 16mm pipe was clipped and then had screed poured over.
The first floor of the school is now heated by our AD-Chip solution - 160 boards of 22mm Grooved chipboard with 16mm pipe run throughout the first floor.
Well over 1000m of pipe was installed by the team, and the results are fantastic! Congratulations to all those involved!

Congratulations to Lukasz Przewozniak of LK Plumbing, who has won our September Install of the Month competition. Lukasz is the lucky winner of a £100 Amazon Voucher!
Lukasz submitted the ground floor photos of this project a few weeks ago, and we can't wait to see how the project progresses over the first floor and second floor.
We supplied 2 manifolds for the ground floor section of this project. Manifold 1 controlled the living room, hall and guest WC - with over 500m of 16mm pipe installed using our Adept AD-Clip solution. Manifold 2 was used for the dining room, study and utility with over 700m of 16mm pipe installed.
Throughout the ground floor, Lukasz installed our Adept AD-Clip solution of 16mm pipe spaced at 150mm, clipped to insulation. Lukasz also made use of our Pipe De-Coiler to help install the underfloor heating as efficiently as possible - as well as using our blue and red insulated pipe on the hot and cold returns to the manifolds.

Amazingly, this was the first time that Steve had installed a water underfloor heating system - with only a little help needed by a plumber to commission the system - great work Steve!
The project was a self-build property, built over 3 floors with our Adept Water Underfloor Heating Solutions providing a primary heat source to the ground and first floor. Steve opted to use our Electric Underfloor Heating mats in the bathroom and second floor.
Ground Floor - 136.6m2 - 2 Manifolds
First Floor - 91.6m2 - 2 Manifolds
Second Floor - 5.5m2 - Electric Underfloor Heating Mat
Our Adept AD-Clip solution, where 16mm PERT-AL-PERT pipe was clipped into PIR insulation, was used on the ground floor. The first floor utilised our Adept AD-Tray solution, where 16mm PERT-AL-PERT pipe clipped into castellated panels. Both floors were then screeded.
