Shipping

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation of the order that you have placed. Once our warehouse team dispatches your order you will receive an email and or text advising of the courier we have used and the tracking information.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email and/or text message with your courier details and tracking information. This information will include a tracking link which will take you to our courier’s website to allow you to track your order.

Uheat offers various shipping options during checkout:

  • 3 – 5 Working Day Delivery
  • 1 – 2 Working Day Delivery
  • Saturday Delivery.

If your order was ordered pre noon, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) then we aim to dispatch your order on the same day. We use various courier services who offer a variety of delivery slots from a 1 Hr window to anytime during the day between 8:00am & 6pm.

Usually, you can rearrange delivery or request your order gets delivered to a safe place or neighbour.

If after a number of delivery attempts they are still unable to deliver to you, the order will get sent back to us. If you still require your order we will need to rearrange delivery for you where an additional fee may apply.

 

Incorrect / Missing / Damaged Items

If you think you have received the wrong item, your items has arrived damaged or you are missing something from your order, firstly please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. To help us quickly rectify the situation please send over photos of the item(s) you have received, along with the delivery note that arrived with your order to mail@uheat.co.uk.
