PRODUCT REGISTRATION & SUPPORT

Warranty

Find the correct registration form, understand what records to keep and avoid relying on outdated warranty wording.

Warranty periods and conditions depend on the exact product, purchase date and installation. The terms supplied with the product and your proof of purchase are the governing documents.

CHOOSE THE CORRECT ROUTE

Register the Product You Purchased

Select the form by brand and system type. Registration records the installation; it does not replace the product’s terms or automatically approve a future claim.

Elektra electrical products

Register eligible Elektra and Adept electrical heating products. Current Elektra information lists 20-year cover for floor-heating cables, mats and foils, while product-specific terms and purchase documentation still apply.

Adept water products

Register eligible Adept water underfloor heating products. Warranty duration varies by component and depends on compliant installation and the supplied terms.

KEEP THE EVIDENCE

Records That Support a Warranty

Good installation records protect the system and make future technical support much faster.

Proof of purchase

Order number, invoice or other evidence showing the product and purchase date.

Product identification

Model, size, batch or serial details and a clear photograph of the product label.

Installer details

Name and credentials of the installer or electrician responsible for the relevant work.

Installation records

As-built plans, photographs before covering and commissioning information.

Electrical test results

For electric heating, retain every resistance and insulation-resistance result required by the exact manual.

Floor and system details

Floor build-up, finish, controls and other information requested by the registration form.

REGISTRATION & CLAIMS

A Clearer Warranty Process

Registration creates a useful record. A warranty claim is assessed separately against the applicable product terms and evidence.

Identify the exact product

Match the brand and model on the label to the correct registration form and manual.

Complete the form accurately

Enter the requested readings, dates and installer details, then keep a copy of the submission.

Contact us before disturbing the system

If a fault is suspected, stop and gather the evidence before lifting flooring, cutting cables or replacing components.

WARRANTY GUIDANCE

Warranty Questions

Important distinctions between registration, product terms and a claim.

How long is my warranty?

It depends on the product and purchase date. Current Elektra information lists 20-year cover for floor-heating cables, mats and foils, but other Elektra products and Adept components have different periods. Use the terms supplied with your order or ask Uheat to identify them.

When should I register?

Register as soon as installation records are complete and within any deadline stated in the supplied terms. Some older Elektra paperwork specified registration within 30 days, so do not delay.

Does registration guarantee that a claim will be accepted?

No. Registration records the product and installation. Any claim is assessed against the warranty terms, installation requirements and supporting evidence.

What should I do if I suspect a fault?

Switch the system off if safety may be affected, avoid disturbing the installation and contact Uheat with the product details, test records and photographs.
