The beauty and hardwearing nature of a ceramic tile floor finish has so often been compromised by the 'cold' feel underfoot. With a uheat underfloor heating system this is a problem no more. Ceramic tiles have really good thermal conductivity, and are therefore ideally suited to use with uheat underfloor heating systems. The thermal conductivity allows the heat to pass through the tile efficiently, and ceramic tiles also have good heat retention properties so you need less energy to achieve that warm floor feeling for longer.
