This Elektra Floortec 2m² 140W/m² Underfloor Heating Mat from Uheat will cover 85-90% of an area up to 2.35m² therefore ideal for a lobby area. Combined with Elektra WoodTec, FloorTec can provide supplementary and/or primary heat to most rooms and can be used with vinyl floors (including Amtico and Karndean) and carpets with a low tog rating (<2.5 Tog).
