You can use this Elektra VCD 17 2720W / 160m In-Screed Heating Cable in a large room measuring between 18 – 19.5m², assuming the room is to be newly built or have a new floor as it is necessary for this cable to be installed in a new 50mm floor screed.

The system is designed to provide a warm floor or to act as a full heating system depending the cable spacing and the finished floor surface.
