The IM60 Heating Monitor is designed to
help avoid problems with your electric underfloor heating mat or cable.
Accidents do happen doing installation and in the event of the heating
element being cut or damaged the IM60 will go in to alarm and the
heating can be repaired before the installation is taken any further.
Simply connect the monitor to your underfloor heating cable or mat
before you start installation and if the cable is broken during the
installation the monitor will sound an audible alarm.
The monitor is only 70mm x 48mm x 18mm so it is small enough to be rested
in a standard single back box while the heating is being installed. The
monitor requires 2No. 'AA' batteries (not supplied) and the monitor being
efficient these will last more than 60 days in continuous operation. If a
fault is detected and the unit goes in to alarm, the operation time may be
less than 60 days.
